Property Consultant

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, provide expert advice on property options, and facilitate smooth transactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction while maximizing sales opportunities and revenue generation.

Job Type: Full-time

COMMISSION-Based, NO basic salary.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ requirements and preferences, and identify suitable properties within their budget and criteria.  Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers or tenants.
• Actively promote and market available properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and networking events.
• Negotiate property prices, rental terms, and contract terms on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date market information, property values, and trends to clients.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and developers to generate leads and referrals.
• Stay updated on real estate regulations, market conditions, and industry trends in Dubai.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of property transactions, client interactions, and market analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent in Dubai’s property market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including current trends, property values, and legal regulations.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate industry tools.
  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
